Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been tried on without protective foot coverings.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For international returns (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
