IT DIDN’T FEEL A FULL SIZE SMALLER, IT WAS A FULL SIZE SMALLER. I HAVE NOW ORDERED A SIZE 9.5 TWICE AND RECEIVED AN 8 IN RETURN. THIS IS MY LAST ORDER FROM ZAPPOS AFTER LITERALLY PROBABLY 15 YEARS OF RELYING ON THIS SITE.

I have a wide foot, usually wear 6.5W or 7W. This was ordered in a 7.5M and fit pretty well. The Nude color is truly Nude – could use a bit more depth. Besides the color, which didn’t quite go with the clothes I was hoping to wear them with, the grosgrain binding ends around the collars of both shoes had come undone and the bindings were flapping in the breeze – marked the places with tape and returned.
